Each week children put themselves forward to be nominated as a buddy for the following week. Buddy’s from every class are announced at the end of Monday’s Collective Worship.  The buddy wears a green band at play and lunchtime so that all children know who they can go to if they need help diffusing an argument, or just need someone to talk to and play with.
