SIAMS
Our most recent Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS) took place in March 2025
The report highlights the many strengths of our school, reaffirming our commitment to ensuring that all children and adults flourish within our nurturing, inclusive, and values-driven community.
The inspection recognised the deeply embedded Christian vision and values that guide every aspect of school life. Our commitment to inclusion and care was particularly commended, with a strong emphasis on how we support and celebrate the uniqueness of each child.
This report is a testament to the passion and dedication of our staff, governors, and wider school community in making Hormead School a very special place where children and adults love to learn.

We are proud to have upheld our Christian character for over 200 years!

"It is most encouraging to find a village school such as this, where such evident care is given to doing the work in the best way; and maintaining a school with a definitely Christian Character." Signed: Charles S Cockbill, Diocesan Director of Religious Education
